The business is situated in the historic Center of Bologna, just steps away from Teatro Comunale, home of the Bologna Orchestra, and from the G.B. Martini Conservatory of Music.

The construction of instruments follows the traditional methods, entirely by hand, and begins with the choice of old, seasoned high quality woods, and continues with the design of harmonic contour lines of body, f-holes and scroll. Particular care is given to the varnishing and final set up and sound adjustment. The resulting instruments are highly praised and valued by a number of prominent musician around the world.
